OMG, I HEART, HEART, HEART THIS COURSE! Finally, someone has the courage to discuss this topic. Thank you! I am post-menopausal almost 23 years; you have described my transformation among your many pages. Through this course women on the cusp of peri-menopause or menopause will be able to understand what they are feeling and why it's ABSOLUTELY alright to feel the way they do. This course presents an awareness of women's issues and concerns as they relate to aging and menopause. Recommendations on the ways to cope were very insightful and encouraging. Moreover, I could personally relate to the information. In my discussions with women I plan to work with, I will refer to many of the topics discussed in the manual. I will also share the information as an excellent source with other fitness professionalss who inquire about working with women ages 45+. I enjoyed the information and was able to confirm/affirm many of my personal thoughts about the stages we as women go through. I enjoyed the honesty in the content of the course and the way the information had me go inward into my own (raw) thinking. Some of the exercises took time and courage to be completely honest. I like the Somatic Way of knowing, bring more mindfulness into the yoga practice.
